Remodeling FAQ
Honest answers before you commit to anything
The questions homeowners ask us most, answered the same way we'd answer them at your kitchen table. Anything else, call 720-263-1279 — a real person picks up.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. The consultation and written estimate are free, and there's no obligation attached to either.
Are you insured?
Yes — Blossom Remodeling carries liability insurance, and we're glad to provide a certificate before work starts.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Lochbuie and serve the Colorado Front Range, including Brighton, Thornton, Westminster, Broomfield, Erie, Longmont, Commerce City, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Fort Collins.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and scope. Small projects and repairs can often be scheduled within a couple of weeks; full remodels typically book further out. We'll give you a real date, not an optimistic one.
Do you use subcontractors?
We self-perform the carpentry, tile and finish work. Licensed plumbing and electrical partners handle their trades, and we coordinate and stand behind their scheduling.
How do payments work?
A deposit to hold the schedule and order materials, progress payments tied to defined milestones, and a final payment after the walkthrough. It's all written into the estimate before anything begins.
Will you clean up?
Every day, not just at the end. Floors get protected, dust gets contained, and the work area is left tidy before we leave.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our workmanship is warrantied, and manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are passed through to you. We put the terms in writing with your estimate.
