Most small jobs are a half day to two days. We'll tell you before scheduling whether your list fits in one visit.
On pricing
Small work is quoted per project or as a day rate, whichever is fairer. We'll walk the space, give you a written estimate, and schedule when you're ready — no pressure and no minimum bigger than the work actually requires.

From first call to final walkthrough

Free consultation
We walk the space together, talk through what's bothering you and what you're hoping for, and I tell you honestly what's realistic — including when the answer is a smaller project than you expected.

Written estimate
You get an itemized estimate covering scope, materials, allowances and a target schedule. No verbal numbers, no vague lump sums, no pressure to sign on the spot.

Selections and planning
We lock in tile, fixtures and finishes, check lead times, and set a start date that accounts for material delivery instead of hoping for the best.
- 04
Build
Floors protected, dust contained, work area cleaned at the end of each day. You get a running update on where we are and what's next — you'll never have to ask what's happening in your own house.
- 05
Walkthrough
We go through the finished space together and build a punch list. Nothing is considered complete until you've seen it and signed off.
Is there a minimum job size?
We schedule in half-day blocks, so it's worth grouping a few items together. Send the whole list — most of it is faster than people expect.
Do you do same-day or urgent repairs?
Sometimes, depending on the schedule. Call us and we'll tell you honestly if we can get there today or this week.
Do you work with businesses and property managers?
Yes. Tenant turnovers, pre-listing punch lists, and storefront fixes are a regular part of this service.
