Remodeling Services
What we build, and what each project actually involves
We keep our service list short on purpose. These are the things we do often enough to do exceptionally well — each page below lays out the real scope, timeline and questions homeowners ask before starting.
Bathroom Remodeling
Full bathroom renovations — from tub-to-shower conversions to complete gut remodels, built waterproof from the studs out.
A guest bath refresh typically runs 1–2 weeks. A full primary bath gut renovation usually runs 3–5 weeks depending on tile complexity and material lead times.
Custom Tile Work
Showers, floors, backsplashes and feature walls. Layout planned before the first tile goes up, so the pattern lands where it should.
A backsplash is usually 1–2 days. A full custom shower with waterproofing and cure time typically runs 5–9 working days.
Kitchen Remodeling
Cabinet replacement, counters, backsplashes and layout changes that fix how the room actually works day to day.
A cabinet-and-counter refresh typically runs 2–4 weeks. A full kitchen with layout changes usually runs 6–10 weeks, largely driven by cabinet and stone lead times.
Room Refresh
A focused one-to-two-week update — paint, trim, flooring, lighting and detail work that transforms a room without a full remodel.
Most Room Refresh projects run 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on how many of the elements above you include.
Home Improvements & Repairs
The running list. Drywall, doors, trim, flooring, fixtures, mounting and general repairs handled by someone who does it for a living.
Most punch lists are a half day to two days. We'll tell you before we start whether your list fits in one visit.
Outdoor Living
Patios, pavers, outdoor kitchens, fire features and tile — the usable square footage of your home, moved outside.
A simple paver patio can be 3–5 days. A full outdoor kitchen with utilities and a fireplace typically runs 2–4 weeks, depending on material lead times and utility rough-ins.
No cost, no obligation
Not sure which one you need?
Describe the room and what's bothering you about it. We'll tell you which approach makes sense — including when the smaller option is the right one.
