What's included
The scope, spelled out before you sign anything
Paint, done properly
Real prep — patching, caulking, sanding, priming — then walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Most of what separates a good paint job from a bad one happens before any color goes on.
Trim and millwork
Upgraded baseboards and casing, crown, picture-frame or board-and-batten wall detail, window stools and aprons.
Flooring
LVP, laminate, engineered wood or tile, with transitions and quarter-round detailed to match the new trim.
Lighting and electrical fixtures
Swapping builder-grade fixtures, adding recessed or sconce lighting, and dimmers — quietly one of the biggest perceived-quality upgrades available.
Doors and hardware
New interior doors, hinges, handles and closet systems, hung and adjusted so they close the way they should.
Built-ins and shelving
Closet buildouts, floating shelves, benches and nooks that make a room usable rather than just repainted.

We walk the space together, talk through what's bothering you and what you're hoping for, and I tell you honestly what's realistic — including when the answer is a smaller project than you expected.

Written estimate
You get an itemized estimate covering scope, materials, allowances and a target schedule. No verbal numbers, no vague lump sums, no pressure to sign on the spot.

Selections and planning
We lock in tile, fixtures and finishes, check lead times, and set a start date that accounts for material delivery instead of hoping for the best.
- 04
Build
Floors protected, dust contained, work area cleaned at the end of each day. You get a running update on where we are and what's next — you'll never have to ask what's happening in your own house.
- 05
Walkthrough
We go through the finished space together and build a punch list. Nothing is considered complete until you've seen it and signed off.
Can you do more than one room at a time?
Yes, and it's usually more efficient. Paint and trim especially get cheaper per room the more you do in one mobilization.
Is this a good option before selling?
It's the reason a lot of people call us. Paint, lighting, flooring and trim are the four things buyers register immediately.
Do you move furniture?
We move and protect what's in the room as part of the job. We'll ask you to remove valuables and anything fragile.
