The scope, spelled out before you sign anything
Tub-to-shower conversions
Trading an unused tub for a proper walk-in shower is the single most requested change we do, and usually the best value in the room. Curbless entries available where the floor structure allows.
Full gut renovations
Down to the studs and subfloor, so layout changes, better lighting, added storage and a modern fixture package all happen at once instead of in three separate disruptions.
Waterproofing done properly
Sheet or liquid-applied membrane systems over a correctly sloped pan, with pre-slope, seams and corners treated to manufacturer spec — not tile set straight onto backer board.
Vanities, tops and fixtures
Stock, semi-custom or built-to-fit vanities, solid surface or stone tops, and fixture installation from the brands you picked, not just what a supplier had in stock.
Lighting and ventilation
Bathrooms fail from moisture as often as from water. Right-sized exhaust ducted outside, plus layered lighting at the vanity and in the shower.
Accessible and aging-in-place features
Blocking for future grab bars, comfort-height fixtures, wider door openings and low-threshold entries when you want the room to keep working long-term.
Typical timeline
A guest bath refresh typically runs 1–2 weeks. A full primary bath gut renovation usually runs 3–5 weeks depending on tile complexity and material lead times.

Most Front Range bathroom projects we quote land between a focused shower replacement and a full gut renovation with a custom tile package. We'll give you a written, itemized estimate after walking the space — no ballpark-by-text, no pressure.

We walk the space together, talk through what's bothering you and what you're hoping for, and I tell you honestly what's realistic — including when the answer is a smaller project than you expected.

Written estimate
You get an itemized estimate covering scope, materials, allowances and a target schedule. No verbal numbers, no vague lump sums, no pressure to sign on the spot.

Selections and planning
We lock in tile, fixtures and finishes, check lead times, and set a start date that accounts for material delivery instead of hoping for the best.
- 04
Build
Floors protected, dust contained, work area cleaned at the end of each day. You get a running update on where we are and what's next — you'll never have to ask what's happening in your own house.
- 05
Walkthrough
We go through the finished space together and build a punch list. Nothing is considered complete until you've seen it and signed off.
Will I be without a bathroom the whole time?
If it's your only bathroom, we sequence the work to shorten the shut-down window as much as possible and tell you the exact days up front. In homes with a second bath, the remodel bath stays closed for the duration.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Where a permit is required for plumbing, electrical or structural changes, we pull it and coordinate inspections as part of the project.
Can I supply my own tile and fixtures?
Absolutely. Plenty of clients enjoy that part. We'll give you a quantity list with the correct overage so you don't end up short mid-install.
